Commitment to training: We have our own reference library containing over 200 books, adding over 25 new books a month. We also have regular internal and external training courses to foster career learning and development.
Great benefits package: We will double your (optional) monthly pension contribution up to 3% of your basic salary. We also offer an annual budget for you to spend on any combination of health insurance, travel insurance, gym membership etc...
The latest kit: We think it’s really important to make it as easy as possible for people to get their work done. Great working environment: We like everyone to feel comfortable in the office so have a casual dress code and flexible working hours.
A beautiful office: Our office leaves visitors green with envy. We have two amazing massage chairs, our own bar, a Nintendo Wii, a PS3, two guitars and an amp, a mini-scooter, 5 cameras for staff to borrow whenever they want and fresh fruit delivered each day… Not only that but we’re based in Camden, which is a pretty cool place to be.
Entertainment budget: Each team has a monthly entertainment budget so they can spend some valuable time together outside work. We also have regular company parties where we’ve taken staff on activities such as bowling, paintballing, eating nice food and just a little responsible alcohol consumption...
Company holidays: Last but not least; holidays are great! In our short history we’ve already taken the whole company to Vegas (twice), Prague, Krakow and Amsterdam. Activities on these trips have included a helicopter ride landing in the Grand Canyon in Vegas, paintballing in the forest in Amsterdam and a 135m descent into a salt mine in Krakow.
